Look, I'm just doing this little boring article..so let me ask you..what makes you different?
People today have grown so accustomed to being lied to that it's devalued something beyond price. They have almost forgotten an extremely important part of life and the word that symbolises word
called "integrity"

I have been in the Construction & Real Estate Business for almost forty years
I hold both a building and an electrical contractor's license
and
I was also a licensed real estate salesman for many years.

As a 'veteran' building contractor I have been involved in every stage of developement of many custom homes
in Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades, virtually all over L.A. County.
As a high voltage electrical contractor I designed and wired many residential and commercial projects including some of the more prestigous and original landmark structures such as Capital Records, A&M Records, RCA Records, KIIS Radio and many others of note..
Please allow me to give you a few good reasons why you as a broker will want to call me and no one else for your home inspections.
I provide a clear and concise building analysis report which I call the Home Inspection Fact Book.
Included in this report is
a message to the buyer, thoroughly explaining the entire
inspection
process,
an agreement between the buyer and myself,
a
list of what is and what is
not included in the report,
a
complete punch list listing the condition of the structure
and its mechanical systems, a home inspection standard of practice which includes
definitions on terms and scope of work to be performed (P ) and I also include some
definitly do not want buyers coming back saying you did not disclose everything.
You are using me because youare totally protected with me.
You will want to use me not just because as a former real estate salesman, I am totally
sensitive to your needs and speak your language (P), not just because of my vast real
estate and construction experience, (P), not just because I was raised and went to school
here in Beverly Hills, (I know the territiry and the understanding temperament of your clients),
but (P) becuse if you work with me you will never hear those horrible words (P) "Where the
Hell is that Inspector" I confirm with you and show up on time for all my inspections.
In conclusion what I mean to say is that you can count on me because I know how to talk
to your clients, I am never late, my prices are competitive, I am licensed, bonded and insured
and, I am prepared for anything. I will be one of the elements in the equation of your deal
that you will never have to worry about.
